Franklin House South provides residential treatment services to adult men, referred to the facility by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. The program aims to help our clients grow emotionally, spiritually.  The goal of the Land Manor, Franklin House South program is to promote living a life free of alcohol or other drugs.

Franklin House South believes lasting sobriety happens as a result of evidence-based practices, reinforcing clients with positive engagement, regular group and individual sessions, and a healing environment.  Residents are given the opportunity to attend outside meetings, and are encouraged to work with others in a program of recovery.  Daily programing is also adjusted as a resident moves through the curriculum, to allow for employment and housing searches, as well as to make connections necessary for future success.
