If you are leaning in and energized by what you have read so far and feel you can add to our culture, please keep reading… ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES a)Assess and provide interventions for patients with substance abuse disorder, addiction, and other mental health concerns b)Use of empirically supported therapy techniques and interventions that are tailored to the presenting problem including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy, family training, solution focused, and brief interventions c)Provide crisis intervention in situations requiring immediate psychological treatment d)Collaborate with staff members to perform clinical assessments and develop treatment plans e)Refer patients or family members to community resources f)Work in close partnership with psychology, social work, and other colleagues to meet needs of the clients and families g)Assist clients in navigating the HHSC system which may include assistance in applying for various programs, resources or other benefits h)Collaborate with the clinical care team and involve the client/family in the development and implementation of plans. Facilitate discharge planning across a multidisciplinary care continuum which includes interacting with collegues or other health care providers to facilitate movement of the client through the Veterans Administration healthcare delivery system and arrangement of appropriate services. i)Document findings and actions taken according to departmental guidelines; prepare reports and maintain records as required by the Joint Commission and the State licensing and regulatory agencies j)Attend comprehensive clinical reviews to perform screening evaluations and offer support and information about resources available in general and specific to their respective populations. k)Virtually attend and participate in staff, committee, department, and other administrative meetings. l)Perform other duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: The clinician may be assigned roles that include supervision of Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselors or Counseling Interns, and potentially other clinical positions. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: •Master’s degree in a counseling/mental health profession is required, such as psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, and counseling. •Licensed or license-eligible in the State of Texas (e.g. LPC, LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT), have met all requirements for hours and are able to practice independently without supervision. •Minimum one (1) year experience working as a therapist in mental health setting Maintain eligibility to participate in the Medicare or Medicaid programs •Be and remain insurable for malpractice liability in accordance with the requirements of the Idaho Statutes and maintain certification by such credentialing agencies as shall be reasonable determined by Employer. •Continuing Education to meet organizational and state licensing requirements.

Job Title: PROGRAM MANAGER Type: Full Time POSITION SUMMARY The Program Manager shall work collaboratively with other professionals, leadership, and subordinate staff to promote the goals and objective of Land Manor. The position shall ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliverables, be comfortable in receiving direction, and offer suggestions and regular input for the betterment of programs. The ability to pivot and create alternative solutions is highly valuable and remaining adaptable and flexible is critical to success. Program Managers are Reliable, Trustworthy, and Act with Integrity •The Program Manager shall stand ready to do the right thing for the wellness of clients, for their team, and for Land Manor. •The Program Manager shall take responsibility for actions and outcomes. •The Program Manager shall hold themselves accountable for the client experience and are answerable for all interactions our clients have with Land Manor. Program Managers are Transparent and Open in Communication •The Program Manager shall be open and respectful in all communications. CATEGORIES OF DUTIES Program Managers typically do the following: •Have a complete understanding of subordinate staff job functions, including Recovery Advocates and Kitchen staff. •Promote collaborative teamwork among various areas of responsibility. •Creating team schedules, ensuring adequate coverage, and facilitate scheduling changes as needed. • Serves as the onsite safety coordinator for the facility at which they are assigned. •Assists in the coordination of transportation needs. •Regularly inspects the facility, submits maintenance request as required, and ensures repairs and/or replacements are done timely. •Managers the facility space, including scheduling of rooms or the reservation of space. •Assist with staffing needs related to the Human Resources system. •Acts as the Petty Cash Custodian (if applicable). •Reviews, and provides feedback for the development or change of policies and procedures. •May handle supervisory tasks such as employee annual reviews, clearance of probationary period, or disciplinary actions. •Monitors compliance with applicable local, state or federal regulations as assigned. •Participates in developing, monitoring and supporting evaluation of client outcomes. •Manages key performance indicators to ensure success. Skills, Knowledge and Competencies Required •Model professionalism, including through appropriate attire, language, and work habits. •Practice flexibility in duties assignments, with an ability to prioritize based on client-needs. •Identify a crisis and sport immediately. •Assess and report client behavioral changes. •Adhere to professional standards, working cooperatively as a team to accomplish the overall goals of client, and Land Manor as an organization. •Recognize personal biases working within diverse populations. •Ability to independently use computers, and other electronic devices as necessary to complete job assignments, including the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email systems and related Google drive services, such as accessing shared drives or other applications. •Demonstrate accurate, professional, and appropriate verbal and written communications, including the ability to write professionally as it relates to counseling duties. •The Program Manager shall have the physical ability to walk, stand, kneel, sit, push, stoop, crawl, twist, or reach above the shoulders, lift an average of 10-20lbs, and be physically able to engage in necessary daily activities as required. •Extensive knowledge of the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, including the ability to draft professional, articulate work products using this software. Job Title: LICENSED CHEMICAL DEPENDENCY COUNSELOR Type: Full Time, Part Time POSITION SUMMARY Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) perform a range of professional and technical task, within the scope of their license, in developing, organizing, and implementing treatment services for substance use disorder clients. The LCDC is the primary client contact for their treatment experience, responsible for implementing program-specific curriculum. LCDC employees shall have an extensive knowledge of their scope of practice, and a complete understanding of Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) regulations related to Chemical Dependency Treatment Facilities as outlined in Texas Administrative Code Title 26, Chapter 564. LCDC may be scheduled for a variety of shifts between the hours of 6:00 am and 8:00 pm. CATEGORIES OF DUTIES LCDC typically do the following: •Document, track, and report on the progress of the client experience, including individual notes, group notes, and other documentation as required. •Complete knowledge of the LCDC Scope of Practice and an ability to perform duties fully within the scope. •Act as a liaison between the client, other team members, and outside services or agencies for the purpose of furthering the clients’ goals and objectives towards recovery. •Facilitate group discussion, group educational sessions and group counseling. •Participate in staff meetings, and other review processes related to Land Manor policy and procedure or client evaluation and treatment. •Participate in all required trainings, those outlined by the scope of practice for LCDC, those required by HHSC, and those established by Land Manor. •If tasked with oversight, and acting as a Qualified Credentialed Counselor (QCC) the LCDC shall perform duties as required to supervise and document any Counselor Interns (CI). •Other duties of varying responsibility shall be assigned as deemed necessary by the Program Manager or the LCDC immediate supervisor. Job Title: RECOVERY ADVOCATE Type: Full Time, Part Time POSITION SUMMARY Recovery Advocates are responsible for the daily movement, oversight and supervision of inpatient clients at our Residential facility. CATEGORIES OF DUTIES Recovery Advocates typically do the following: •Provide minor Intake services, including demographic collection, tours of the facility and in coordination with the clinical team, bed assignments. •Ensures clients’ safety at all times. •Conduct searches of personal property, or personal areas, or person(s) when necessary. •Obtain urine samples as required for drug testing. •Provides client transportation, must have a valid driver’s license. •Completes required follow up activities as assigned by lead or supervisory team members. •Completes accurate notes reflecting shift activity. •Assures program policies and rules are followed and reports concerns to Program Manager. •Communicates openly with other staff members at shift changes and attends regularly scheduled staff meetings. •Provides supervision of clients when away from the facility. •Maintains a professional, ethical relationship with other program staff, clients, and the public. •Maintains required training for, and supervises self-administration of medication according to protocols, policies and procedures. •Performs other duties as assigned. •Travel to another agency location as directed by immediate supervisor. •Ability to lift 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodations. Job Title: KITCHEN EMPLOYEE / COOKS Type: Full Time, Part Time POSITION SUMMARY The Kitchen Employee / Cooks for Land Manor play a pivotal role in helping to ensure the health and wellbeing of our clients. This position shall have extensive knowledge of food applications, menus, and recipes and the ability to cook a broad range of culinary items. The positions is required to maintain a clean, sanitary and presentable kitchen atmosphere, and adhere to all food handling and food safety protocols. CATEGORIES OF DUTIES LCDC typically do the following: •Food Handling, and Food Storage Skills, Knowledge and Competencies Required •Model professionalism, including through appropriate attire, language, and work habits. •Practice flexibility in duties assignments, with an ability to prioritize based on client-needs. •Identify a crisis and report immediately. •Assess and report client behavioral changes. •Adhere to professional standards, working cooperatively as a team to accomplish the overall goals of client, and Land Manor as an organization. •Recognize personal biases working within diverse populations. •Ability to independently use computers, and other electronic devices as necessary to complete job assignments, including the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email systems and related Google drive services, such as accessing shared drives or other applications. •Demonstrate accurate, professional, and appropriate verbal and written communications, including the ability to write professionally as it relates to counseling duties. •LCDC shall have the physical ability to walk, stand, kneel, sit, push, stoop, crawl, twist, or reach above the shoulders, lift an average of 10-20lbs, and be physically able to engage in necessary daily activities as required.
