As the Executive Director of Land Manor, a leading drug and alcohol treatment center, Arlene Greene brings over 40 years of experience in business, marketing, and customer service, including more than two decades in the nonprofit sector. This extensive background empowers her to leverage a versatile skill set to advance Land Manor’s mission, seamlessly blending strategic leadership with a deep commitment to transforming lives and fostering community resilience.
Driven by a profound passion for social services, Arlene views her role as a unique opportunity to create lasting, positive change. Under her leadership, Land Manor remains dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals and families facing substance use challenges. Arlene’s leadership approach is both supportive and visionary, focused on building a strong foundation for the organization’s teams and ultimately reinforcing the well-being of the community it serves.

Jessica Bean serves as the Associate Executive Director of Land Manor, where her dedication to the field of counseling spans over 15 impactful years. Reflecting on her career, Jessica often says that “counseling found her,” a calling that began shortly after she graduated from Lamar University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Just two weeks after completing her degree, she embarked on her journey at Land Manor, immersing herself in the world of addiction treatment and mental health support.
As a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, Jessica has experienced both profound challenges and extraordinary rewards that have shaped her into a resilient and compassionate leader. Her path has evolved from intensive, hands-on client work within the treatment facilities to a strategic and influential role in the administrative department, where she now directs clinical operations. Although she no longer engages directly with clients, Jessica fully recognizes the substantial impact her leadership brings to the organization. Her commitment to excellence in clinical oversight helps to ensure that Land Manor’s mission of fostering healing, wellness, and community support is delivered with integrity and efficacy.
Carol Wallace

Wellness Center
Carol Wallace, a proud native of Beaumont, Texas, brings over 20 years of experience and dedication to her role as Program Director at Franklin House North Wellness Center, a Land Manor program. With a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education and a minor in Special Education, Ms. Wallace spent two decades in education, where she witnessed firsthand the profound impact of substance abuse on her students and their families. Moved by the urgency to address this pervasive issue, she shifted her career to the field of drug and alcohol treatment, striving to help individuals find a path to recovery and renewed health.
Today, Ms. Wallace takes great pride in the transformational work at Franklin House North, where she leads a team dedicated to empowering women, including mothers with young children, as they journey toward recovery. She finds deep fulfillment in witnessing the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual growth of those she serves, counting each success story as a true blessing.

Warrie Guillory is a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), Mental Health Professional (MHP), and a Licensed Pastor dedicated to fostering growth, resilience, and empowerment in individuals seeking a life of sustained sobriety. With a strong foundation of faith, Warrie leads with confidence and compassion, guided by a commitment to the transformative power of Jesus Christ.
As the Program Director at the Melton Center, Warrie leverages extensive expertise to support clients in rebuilding their lives and making meaningful returns to their families and communities. Holding both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Psychology, Warrie’s academic background is complemented by a robust professional history, including work with at-risk youth at the State Hospital, juvenile detention centers, and Father Flanagan’s Boys Town. Over the past two decades, Warrie has also dedicated service to military personnel across all branches, focusing on readiness and resilience programs.
Warrie’s diverse skill set and compassionate leadership at the Melton Center empower residents and outpatient clients to achieve personal accountability and progress in their recovery journey, guiding them to new heights of success and stability.
Rebecka Cherry

Rebecka Cherry has dedicated her career to empowering others as they reclaim their lives from addiction. In recovery herself since 1989, Rebecka discovered her true calling in 2008 while working in sober living environments. There, she found purpose and passion in guiding individuals on their path to sobriety, a commitment that has only deepened over time. With more than 14 years of experience, Rebecka has worked extensively with diverse populations, including men reintegrating from prison and veterans navigating the journey of recovery.
In 2021, Rebecka brought her expertise and dedication to Land Manor as the Program Director for the G.L.A.S.S. Program, a role through which she has significantly strengthened the program’s impact. Her leadership has bolstered essential community partnerships and enriched program offerings, ensuring that Land Manor remains a trusted resource for those in need. Known for her steadfast support, Rebecka is a source of hope and resilience for women in recovery and their children, laying the groundwork for healing and stability in every life she touches. Her commitment to creating safe, nurturing spaces allows individuals and families to build new lives, and she continues to be an inspiring force within the recovery community.
